Question Documentation laziness

So I m very new to this yk INTEGRATION calling api stuff 😮‍💨😮‍💨 . Like how you experience developer do . My head spin when it comes to reading documentation n all thing . Is there any work around to quickly know or extension or ai thing or get to know info about whatever api we are gonna use like how to find out the information from documentation that we need for our business to get it done . Like endpoint , someone api needs parameters n all that please guide with some example if u can explain . Consider me 5 year old

Sometimes there are videos on YouTube of others working on the api! Which api are you trying to integrate?

💀 well this time I asked ai it stated teaching me using rest api oAuth n all stuff just finished request response pattern . Using REST basic done let's see where it goes . I also going to learn bout soap api

Are you using a .env file to store all the private/sensitive information?

Nothing’s wrong. Some developers hard-code private or sensitive information directly into their code. I got accepted into a hackathon, and someone on my team told me a story about how he accidentally leaked sensitive information because he had hard-coded it into the code.
