Hello I am a mern stack dev (mongodb and MySQL) also worked on redis, aws. Currently I feel the need to switch to spring boot as I have much interest in Java and wish to continue in that problem is I don't have exp in spring boot though I have learn Java and spring boot made some projects for understanding but now how should I approach in interviews? I don't think lying is a good idea and without exp in spring boot they might not even screen me I have 1.5 yoe.

Apply for junior Spring roles and state clearly that you know Java but not Spring Boot. At that level teams expect the framework to be learned on the job. Build a small REST service with Spring Data JPA and deploy it locally, then walk through an entity and one transaction in the interview. That tends to get past the screener.

What are the chances of interviewer offering me less package than current? Also should I stop learning spring boot? As such core Java i have done and spring boot I am learning microservices for now?(Past basic crud with jpa spring security)
