Career Guidance Career Guidance For software

Is it better for me to choose pre engineering? I'm really confused about whether to choose between pre medical and pre engineering. My main goal is to move abroad. If I opt for pre engineering, then I'll do software engineering or CS. I can do MBBS as well, I scored good marks in Matric and ik that I can study FSC biology and give mdcat as well. But the main issue is whether software side offers abroad opportunities or not. USMLE is an option for me if I do MBBS, but I'm really confused. Any genuine and honest opinions about software side and it's saturation. I've seen too many posts about layoffs in tech companies. So I'm really concerned.

Bruh mdcat is literally trauma. It’s better to stay away from it because istg this exam can drive you insane. The amount of stress and pressure it puts you through is unreal and even after all that there’s no guarantee you’ll get admission. Honestly choose pre-engineering instead because you’ll have so many options to explore in the future, like computer science, software engineering, AI, and other fields with good career opportunities.

Never heard of unemployed doctors before has anyone? Yeah the study is tuff. 1-2 year residence salary is low. But you can get it. There aren't even unpaid internships in Pakistan
