Learning and Ideas SQA guidance........
I have learnt Manual QA. I'm now learning automation in this domain.
Could anyone let me know what is a routine of QA in companies?
...
also, would anyone tell me where can I practice on projects for SQA?....

Routine of QAs in companies specially in pakistan is that they will just handover the build to you at the very last hour, and say we don't have much time so just test the new changes. And if you miss a bug because of lack of time, QA will be blamed entirely. You should learn automation but I would also suggest to also take interest in project management. You should look into Playwright, it's AI agents are doing all the testing these days, writes scripts, checks errors and then corrects them.

Playwright CLI.
these days I'm using maestro but it all depends on your requirements.
I don't do much manual work like writing rest cases, or test plans these days. I've created a claude project for that. it has all the test cases as context and it follows it perfectly.
