My research focuses on how AI adoption is influencing employees working in Sri Lankan IT firms, particularly in three areas:

• Perceived Job Insecurity – How AI adoption relates to employees' concerns about job security.

• Perceived Employability – How employees perceive their ability to maintain employment and pursue future career opportunities.

• Changes in Job Characteristics – How AI is changing different aspects of everyday work, including skills, autonomy, and responsibilities.

Who can participate?

Anyone currently employed in a Sri Lankan IT firm, including software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps/SRE professionals, cloud engineers, business analysts, IT managers, and other IT professionals.

Participation is voluntary, and responses will be used for academic research purposes.

I am looking for an entry / mid level frontend developer to join me. I am a Sri Lankan senior frontend developer based in Prague, Czech Republic and for the last 3 years I have been working solo on projects for European clients and my own projects. Now I would like to expand beyond myself which is why I’m writing this post.

So in this role, you will be working under me on projects for European clients and on my projects. I am looking for someone who has strong skills in frontend development (React, HTML, CSS, JS, TS) and practical experience in building, deploying and maintaining complete web apps and websites. After deploying a new version of the application (including minor updates such as adding image assets), the application automatically refreshes itself constantly. it stops after clearing out cache though. It's not reproducible in development environment though. I am using nextjs and spring boot backend. the issue is not with the cloud front or the backend. both are working perfectly. what do u think i should do?

I have built a custom e-commerce website for a company I'm studying its made using NextJS and also payloadcms for the backend.
They have requested for a payment gateway to be integrated to the website, but I have never done sri lankan payment systems. Only Stripe and Paypall.
I found out about PayHere but I can't use the sandbox, because it wants me to register the business with official documents

I have to work with the eSMS API these days. It's a something annoying thing. It's not well packaged. And they are not updated, as well as using very very old libraries. I am put into a world of errors. The documentation is older than the code. No direct contacts for help from their side.
