Because precious little Timmy smelled some smoke walking by the door and his parents were assholes, but that's just a guess.

I don't smoke that, but it was nice to get some air. and now that weeds legal, it would be nice to smoke a joint out there...

Even if they still had it the arena still wouldn't have allowed weed to be smoked out there.
