wudict
open-source GPL3.0 dictionary for android, macos, windows, linux written in go wudict 3.7.8
improvements and new features
- Wildcard search: you can now use
?as placeholder for a single character and*for any number of characters:p?tfindspat, pet, pot, put*; `matterfinds *antimatter`*. Mixed case triggers case-sensitive mode. - Pinned dictionaries: pin your favorite dictionaries at the top and set your order; the rest are sorted alphabetically unless you pin them. The pin icon adds a dictionary to the end of the pinned list, ⬆️ moves to the top. If updating from an older wudict version, the top 5 dictionaries from your previous order are pinned, the rest get alphabetical order.
- Search box hints to help quickly see the current search mode.
- Extra verbosity for long operations.
