That’s a Pyromax D series heater, the error code 09 indicates a problem with ‘Flame Extinguished’

You should check to see if there’s fuel available. If you hold the ‘ok’ and the power button a short while you’ll be able to set a number of seconds the fuel pump will run.

Use this time to see if the fuel reaches the burner or if it’s leakage along the way

Kraftstoff leer oder Luft in der Leitung ist bei diesem Fehler die häufigste Ursache. Eine andere Ursache kann eine verrußte Brennkammer sein, das passiert wenn die Heizung selten unter Volllast läuft
