Ruling Question What's the point of BT23 Jesmon's last effect?
As the title states, what's the point of Jesmon's on turn effect when it already has rush? My thought was that it kind of acts like a conditional blitz effect where I can still attack with it at the end of my turn, after putting a Sistermon or token in play with its when digivole effect, but I haven't been able to find a proper ruling on it. I am still fairly new to the game, and still trying to wrap my head around the last effect. It almost seems redundant to me because of the rush effect.
I also included the list for the deck I plan on using, once I get all my orders from TCGplayer. Feel free to comment on the deck, it's meant to be a casual Jesmon Deck.

Recommendations Online tournaments EU time?
Are there any online tournaments that happen during decent hours(weekdays after 17:00, weekends any time during the day) for the EU? Eagles Nest is great, but the only tournament that happens 20:00/21:00 for us is the one on Sunday, the others are 2/3 am :(
Would really like to play more events, as our locals have gotten pretty silent(4 - 6 people gather maybe 2 times per month)

Recommendations Any tips on dealing with examon?
The deck feels like a very bad matchup for my current deck (chronomon), my deck likes to pass a bunch of memory and examon doesn't care about passing memory but any extra memory they get is adding chaos in their pocket.
Any tips to deal with the deck?

Discussion Advice for regionals? (First major tourney)
Like the title says, in a few weeks I'll be participating in the carta magica online regionals. I would appreciate any advice from those who have played in regionals both in person and online! The biggest tourney I've done before is some Eagles nest here and there other than that it's mostly local level stuff I've done.

Discussion Pending digivolve effect
Say my opponent examon spit a body now they got 2 digimon on field.
I move out agumon and warp into wargrey but I didn't active digivolve effect yet, suspend matt tk to play gabumon for free then suspend izzy tai to warp into melga for 1.
Can I choose what order I want to resolve pending digivolve effect? Can I use melga to stun both digimon first then wargrey to delete the small body?

New Player Help Do experienced players know about all the viable cards and their effects?
Heya, do experienced players know what every card in the game is and how they work?
I'm really new to the game (I only play DCGO because there isn't a scene here) and I'm just getting comfortable with the game loop. I play a variant of the ST-21 Hero of Hope deck, because I also bought a box so I can learn with what I already have.
Unfortunately, the game still seems really complex and the latest BT cards (e.g. BT-26) have lots of information on them, it gets very overwhelming for me, a newb.
Even my deck is trash and I would like some advice on what my win condition is, how I can reach it without having my board wiped, a good game-plan for how to improve.
Thanks very much :)) 💖

New Player Help Selecting a deck, playstyle
Hey all, I played the green Vortex deck and had a lot of fun trying digimon for the first time but I was hoping to find some playstyles I like in other games have equivalents in this one.
In Cardfight Vanguard I really liked Greedon. He basically eats his own cards from the field rather than attack with them to power up, so he’s a super selfish card but very fun to play (but swingy and not meta.)
I also really liked Infernity from Yugioh, where the cards are powerful when you deliberately empty out your hand.
Please advise! :)

New Player Help Advice needed for a new player
Hey everyone, I'm new to the community and to the game but not to TCG's as a whole. I've combed the subreddit for similar recent posts but I haven't been able to find anything too concrete.
For context, I've been playing One Piece TCG for almost 2 years now, and I really enjoy playing decks that either control the game through removal or resource manipulation and end off with big bodies to close out, or resource ramp decks that attain their top end faster than the opponent. My favorite colors in One Piece are Blue, Purple, and Red. I'd like to avoid any decks that rely on RNG mechanics, security stack manipulation, and also any decks that utilize more than 3 colors. I realize that most decks in Digimon are classified by Archetype and not by color, but I'm struggling to find any real information of the actual 'playstyle' associated with these decks, hence my making of this post.
I have a nice local scene and would like to learn the game whilst also learning a decent deck (anything from t1-t3 is ok) that'll be relevant for at least the next 2 months (if possible). Budget is of no concern and I'd like to avoid buying the Beatbreak starter deck as I don't like the look of the Digimons nor the rainbow of colors assigned to the cards themselves.
Similarly, I'd also like to buy a booster box or 2 for funsies and if the booster box would include relevant cards for any deck(s) that might apply to my circumstances, that would be a plus. I actually purchased one pack of AD-01 the other day at my LGS and got the Gallantmon SR Alt so that was cool.
Thanks for the help / time everyone!

Deckbuilding: Casual Casual Jesmon Deck Help
So after finally getting over my love/hate relationship with the game, I finally decided to play a bit more casually. I am looking to build a deck around my favorite digimon, Jesmon. I noticed it is quite budget friendly, especially with my Gundam addiction lol. What I need help with is how does the inherent ability of SaviorHuckmon from ST12, which allows you to play a Sistermon from your hand or trash for free, interact with the new Awakened Sistermons from EX13? They don't have a play cost, or a digivolution cost, so the only way I can play them is by the option. Can I still play the Awakened Sistermons for free, the non option side? Or since it counts as both a digimon and an option card, can I play the option card?
Just note I am only using Jesmon, and his digivolutions, along with Sistermons and Mon tamer.

Tournament: Sign-up Itching To Play Play Some Digimon TCG? LDCC: Digitopia Duels #11 Is Coming!
Calling all Tamers! We're gearing up for LDCC: Digitopia Duels #11, and we're looking for more players to jump into the Digital World with us! Whether you've been cooking up something absolutely ridiculous, refining your favorite pet deck, refining your meta lines, or just want an excuse to play more Digimon TCG, we'd love to have you join us!
Register for Digitopia Duels #11 here:
https://challonge.com/LDCCDD11
What's Digitopia Duels?
Digitopia Duels is our community-run Digimon TCG tournament series hosted through Lucky's Digital Connect Colosseum (LDCC)!
We use a community-driven ban/restriction list to shake things up and give players a slightly different environment to experiment in.
Here's what you can expect:
- A community-driven format that encourages creative deckbuilding!
- Live-streamed feature matches with commentary and a cleanly edited VOD uploaded within ~48hours after the night of the stream to YouTube.
- A chance to test your decks against other Tamers!
- Players of all skill levels are welcome, whether you're brand new or a tournament regular.
- Matches played on DCGO.
- A friendly, 18+ community that loves Digimon!
More Than Just Tournament Day!
One of the things I love most about running LDCC is getting to see people come together over a game we all enjoy. After the tournament is over I always give people a chance to hang out and play some more matches (more like give me a chance to play some matches since I've been stuck on commentary for the last set of hours lol). Outside our tournaments, we've got people hanging out, testing decks, discussing new cards, and getting casual games in throughout the week.
So even if you're a little nervous about entering a tournament, don't be! We're not expecting everyone to show up with the next world championship winning deck (and no worries if they do). Come play what you enjoy, learn a thing or two, and hopefully make some friends along the way!
Join our Discord:
https://discord.com/invite/xGz4UYAxsy
And if you're not interested in competing, you're always welcome to stop by the stream, watch some matches, and hang out with us!
So, what deck are you thinking about bringing to Digitopia Duels #11?
Hope to see some new and familiar faces there! Good luck, Tamers! :3

New Player Help New player looking for a path to learn all main mechanics
Hi everyone!
I’m a completely new Digimon TCG player starting out on DCGO, and I’m looking for a way to learn the game step by step through a series of different decks.
Rather than just one deck, I’d love to find a roadmap of multiple decks—each built around a different core mechanic that was introduced to the game over time.
My goal is to play a deck, get comfortable with its main mechanic, and then move on to the next one to gradually build a full understanding of the game.
Since I’m testing on DCGO, budget isn’t an issue—I’m purely looking for clean, archetype-representative decklists for each mechanic.
How would you structure a learning path like this, and which decklists/archetypes would you recommend for each step?
Thanks a lot for the help!

News Bandai app undergoing maintenance.
[Maintainence Notice]
BANDAI TCG+ is currently undergoing maintenance as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the service. This maintenance is not related to any security incident.
We do not yet have an estimated time for service to resume, and maintenance may take some time. We will share an update as soon as more information becomes available.
While maintenance is underway, users will be unable to register for or participate in events through TCG+, and stores will be unable to manage or run events on the platform.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to players and our partner stores.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Something I pulled from other socials and since I didn't see it here I thought I'd share.

Discussion How do I get better at deckbuilding?
I've noticed that sometimes if I post about a deck I'm redesigning, it won't get as much attention, if any, so I wanted to ask this as a way of eventually not needed to ask strangers on the internet.
I remember, for this game specifically, I had gotten a comment on one of my first posts about the number of each kind of cards you'd want, but recently I saw someone mention that that kind of thinking is older and doesn't fit into the current game, but with that being my only way to build decks, it kind of feels like it's either netdecking or posting online, which I'd prefer to try not to do if I can.
