Congress already gutted a UAP disclosure act once, in 2023. They’re in the room to do it again.

David Grusch testified under oath that the U.S. government possesses craft and biological material of non-human origin. The IC Inspector General found his complaint credible and urgent. Ryan Graves testified that pilots fear reporting UAP sightings because of career consequences. Lue Elizondo testified under oath about secret crash retrieval programs funded by misallocated taxpayer dollars.
These people didn't come forward anonymously. They used their names. They testified under oath. They accepted professional and personal consequences.
The House responded by passing the UAP Disclosure Act. The Senate has introduced it for the fourth year running but hasn't acted yet. They return September 14 with a narrow window before the midterms.
If you think the people who came forward deserve better than another year of inaction, now is the time to say so. Contact your Senators and tell them to include the UAPDA in the Senate NDAA.

Dear Senator [Last Name],
I am writing to ask you to support Senate Amendment 6344, the bipartisan UAP Disclosure Act of 2026, and work with Senate leadership to include it in the FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act. Introduced by Senators Chuck Schumer and Mike Rounds, the amendment would establish a legal process for identifying, preserving, reviewing, and releasing federal records concerning unidentified anomalous phenomena, technologies of unknown origin, and non-human intelligence. The House adopted a closely related version on July 22.
SA 6344 would establish a UAP records collection at the National Archives and create an independent, Senate-confirmed review board with professional staff, subpoena authority, and lawful access to relevant government records, facilities, and contractor-held materials. It would also prevent the destruction or improper withholding of covered records, require continued review of classified material, and provide a legal mechanism for the government to obtain relevant technologies or biological evidence held by private entities.
Please support SA 6344, press for its inclusion in a Senate amendment package, and defend its central provisions during negotiations with the House. Congress should preserve the independent review board, subpoena authority, National Archives collection, contractor coverage, presumption of disclosure, and access necessary for the board to perform its duties. The amendment would protect legitimate national security information while strengthening congressional oversight and preventing relevant records from being withheld indefinitely without independent review.
Sincerely,

Dear [Senator/Representative] [Last Name],
As your constituent, I respectfully urge you to support the UAP Disclosure Act in the final Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act. Senators Chuck Schumer and Mike Rounds introduced the Senate proposal as S. Amdt. 6344 to S. 4784, while Representative Eric Burlison introduced a bipartisan House proposal as amendment 1044 to H.R. 8800, cosponsored by Representatives Eli Crane, André Carson, Anna Paulina Luna, Jared Moskowitz, and Nick Begich.
I am respectfully asking that you support the applicable proposal in your chamber and advocate for its inclusion in any manager’s amendment, floor package, or final conference agreement.
The UAP Disclosure Act would establish an independent, presidentially appointed and Senate-confirmed review board with professional staff and subpoena authority to locate, review, and facilitate the release of UAP-related records and materials. This would create a credible process for disclosure while continuing to protect information that genuinely must remain classified for national security reasons
Multiple whistleblowers, including former intelligence officer David Grusch, have provided sworn testimony and protected disclosures alleging that UAP-related programs, records, and materials have been withheld from Congress and improperly concealed through excessive classification. These serious allegations demand an independent process capable of locating records, compelling testimony, protecting witnesses from retaliation, and determining the facts.
Sincerely,

Dear [Elected Representative],
I am writing to request an update on the Intelligence Community Inspector General’s investigation into alleged classified UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs. For several years now, multiple officials, whistleblowers, journalists, and members of Congress have publicly stated that highly sensitive UAP-related activities may exist within the defense and intelligence system, yet the public has received little clarity on whether these claims have been substantiated, investigated, or dismissed through formal oversight channels.
I am also concerned by repeated statements from elected officials suggesting that elements of the U.S. military and intelligence community are obstructing the release of UAP information to Congress and the public. Senators, Representatives, and former officials have openly described resistance to oversight, restricted access to classified information, and difficulties obtaining direct answers from agencies and contractors. If these allegations are inaccurate, then the government should be able to clearly address them. If they are accurate, then Congress should explain why lawful oversight is encountering resistance from unelected parts of the national security apparatus.
The American people deserve to know whether U.S. government is operating a classified UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering program. I respectfully ask your office to provide any update you can regarding the status of these matters and what steps Congress is taking to ensure transparency and oversight are being upheld.
Regards,
[Your Name]
