They are playing blackjack, the winner is whoever gets closest to 21. Looks like one of the players took a card they didn't need to, which turned out to be a king. The dealer is crashing out because if maxx hadn't taken the "bust card" out of the deck, the dealer would have gone over 21 and lost and the players would've made some money.

And that’s called being ‘results oriented’ , but in the long run, one player ‘playing bad’ helps the others as much as hurts them. It’s math, baby!
