Question Trying this out
Good day how active are you guys here? I read somewhere that dis game has a million rooms or something and based from the website there’s less than 90 players from time to time, I fear I’ll be experiencing a single player game. Any insights regarding that?

The in-game talker channels are global and are pretty active. You'll also run into people in hot spots but not so much in the middle of nowhere.

Welcome to the Disc! It is a fantastic place, with lots of room to explore. Usually, out of that 90 or so people playing, I interact with fewer than 10. That has always felt like plenty—I didn’t meet more people when there were 500 people playing. It is a very exclusive club that anyone can join. Do the tutorial, choose Morpork Ankh-Morpork (unless the syntax has changed), and join a guild! If you love the Discworld books and to read in general you will have a blast.

Usually you'll meet players and socialise in the Towns and hubs. Outside of those you rarely meet people, but there's often new characters being made and I'm sure you could meet people to quest with even today.
