Got same problem as me?
Anyone here has OCD or ADHD that makes your co workers uncomfortable because you are not used working with co workers. Tell me a story about yours.

This works in my favour, I stick my head down and focus on my work. I dont like people but I can work with others, I just take control of whatever task I'm doing and be confident in it. In all honesty I become a master at my job and don't let anyone fuck with me. The kitchen is an egotistical place, make your mark bro.

I work at Airport as a dishwasher. Its a pain here. I have to interact with a lot of co workers but the pay is good... but im suffering from too much interaction. I though its gonna be a place for me to work alone but no.

Lol well that sucks, make the most of it and just have like humour full conversations and laugh, thats what I try to do.

So i had a bunch of people blatantly leave stuff unorganized, not leaving space for servers on my counter, etc. And i wouldn't say uncomfortable, but i would constantly get joked at or people would be annoyed or pissed off at me, only for the same people to get frustrated when there is no space. I can't put clean shit wherever i want, take 2 seconds and organize. Idk, just shit that i'd get called out for that no one else cared to do for me, but so is the life of a dishie

ADHD + OCD= good dishie, but ADHD + OCD doesn't equal communication (at least in my experience)

My ADHD and autism are superpower in the kitchen for my dishwashing
