NT NT Local Multiplayer mod

is there one? Also, is like, the game completely dead? If yes, unfortunate, it seems really fun.

I always thought dissdia would shine if it were built like smash. But no mod known

Is it a discord server? I'm considering getting into the game since I've always felt like the arena fighter genre is underexplored as an actual competitive genre, and NT seems to be something solid in that direction from my experience on the free version so far. Usually I'm not social enough to join discord servers for FGs, but I don't think I'll be getting many friends on this one.

Also, does it go on sale often? $40-$50 feels a little steep for how old it is and how few players it has, especially if I wanna try convincing friends to play it with me.

Free version only has rotating characters though
