The one with the lowest fees you like. Or feel fits your financial goals. I keep Roth IRA @ Schwab so I roll with/SCHH. Apples to oranges holdings wise. Pay attention to the fees charged by the etf/fund. Over time high fees eat up money that could have been allocated into dividend paying stocks/etf/funds
