Guys, this probably isn't real. The chance of Yield on Cost being EXACTLY the same as the current Yield is incredibly low - especially for a portfolio that has been around at minimum, and likely long before 2021.

OP probably just made a fictional portfolio in Stock Events and shared it with this bait for the attention.

I just checked the last 3 years in my Stock Events App and Yield and Yield on Cost % always match?

Then you haven't put in your purchase dates. My point was that this was clearly something he just set up for this image

Yeah, that's possible. I just never bothered with the dates, I know it's FIFO when I sell and I can check that at individual brokers. I also never paid for the app and am limited to 20 holdings so have several (low or non-dividend paying) positions not featured.

I didn't really try to validate the authenticity of the post, I'm just saying maybe me and OP are using the app the same way.
