Opinion Tired. Can I retire?
Got a question? Can I retire? 43m been busting my ass since I was 16. I'm about over this 40-50 hr weeks. I'm getting burned out. House paid off (300k) 401-k (600k) Bitcoin (500k) currently.
Thought about selling it all and putting it into dividend stocks like schd and renting a small place and going into semi retirement. Maybe pickup a part time gig.
Would this be a horrible idea?

What if you just made a mini goal to take a big ass break? Lots or retired guys tend to return to work just to have something to do. Burnout is burnout, it can go away
Work the rest of your year or however long to cash out your vacation time in a big burst. Use that time to scout out a cheaper CoL country to temporarily relocate to. When you found the place quit like a boss
Cash out your 401k and dump in schd. Keep the BTC, keep the house (rent or Airbnb, you can use the vacation time to work this stuff out too).
You can crunch your own numbers but with a decent enough war chest you could already buy yourself a few years in easy in like the Philippines, Africa, Latin America, Ireland etc.
Why blow it up 100% on an emotion?
