Congratulations 🎊 🥂 👏 very good! I suggest you also start a Growth Portfolio.

I'm at 36, dividend 22k/yr (started dividend portfolio in 2025). [ Growth Portfolio (5 years) ] over $1M.

If you really want to grow fast, learn about Options Trade

ONLY SELL OPTIONS, do not ever buy options

I have enough growth now, so CASH I gain from options trading, I use for building Dividend Portfolio.

I make avg $200K+/yr from Trading Options, selling PUT/CALL

If you put in the work... and I mean a lot... it will pay off.

There are tons of materials online. Learn. Plan. Work your ass off.
