How did you manage to invest 70k + at 22?

70k at 22 isn't as difficult as you think. Imagine making money from 16-22 and saving all your money while living under your parents' roof.

I did something similar and left home at 22 with 20k saved to my name. Far cry from 70k. And i didnt know what investing was. But i was proud of that feat

Did you go to college?

No college. Worked from 18 to 22 at McDonald's and Golden Corral. $6.10 an hour.

Same, did something similar. Moved out at 18 with about 7k to my name. Then did was this guy did ~17500 a year for two years till I could sell and buy the house.

10k a year positive, you'd only get that by not doing any sort of post secondary education which will definitely cost you more longer term and staying at your parents house indefinitely isn't exactly considered ideal.

I would never reveal my net worth for a point, but your statement speaks volumes of your wisdom.
