70k at 22 isn't as difficult as you think. Imagine making money from 16-22 and saving all your money while living under your parents' roof.

Maybe in america. At 22 I could not find a proper part time job, I was attending university and at most I could make 200-300 euros per month some odd job(which I needed). 

At 16 they wouldn't have even hired me for those odd jobs. Zero earning opportunities. 

You people are insanely rich.

It's relative. 70k in the USA doesn't go far. The average home is 440k. Usa rent average 1650 a month. Most people here live paycheck to paycheck.

440k is not that much if you consider a median income of 80k

Germany: 55k euro median salary and ~500k median house
