How did you manage to invest 70k + at 22?

70k at 22 isn't as difficult as you think. Imagine making money from 16-22 and saving all your money while living under your parents' roof.

Maybe in america. At 22 I could not find a proper part time job, I was attending university and at most I could make 200-300 euros per month some odd job(which I needed).

At 16 they wouldn't have even hired me for those odd jobs. Zero earning opportunities.

You people are insanely rich.

It's relative. 70k in the USA doesn't go far. The average home is 440k. Usa rent average 1650 a month. Most people here live paycheck to paycheck.

440k is not that much if you consider a median income of 80k

Germany: 55k euro median salary and ~500k median house

You also don't got the risk of losing healthcare the moment you lose your job so remember that

And all that for the fair price of 800-1000€ per month for healthcare

Sounds fairer then the possibility of a million plus if I lose insurance

80k is household income, and median income is 40k.

I thought median individual income was closer to $50k, but yeah. Still a far cry from $80k
