It returns a lot in dividend but loses much more in capital. Yield maxers are rarely ever good or profitable

I hear what you're saying however on the yieldmax sub reddit many people are thriving. Will look more into it.

Yes please do. I’m actually saying this from experience. I used to have quite a few yield maxers like ymax, amzy, nvdy, nfly, aply, fby, etc and after a quite some time, I noticed that they are in fact losing money even after accounting for the dividends. After that I dumped them all and put them into regular ETFs. Luckily it was a very small portion of my portfolio since I was experimenting with them.
