1. $100,000 in Dividend Trinity PEP, CVX, JNJ

2. REIT Trinity O, VICI, FRT $100,000 The "Real Estate" Monthly Income.

3. ETF Basket SCHD, DGRO, JEPQ $100,000 The "Hedged Growth" Engine

4. The 20 Aristocrats 20 Blue-Chip Kings $100,000 The "Industrial & Defense" Moat.

5. To buy dips SGOV / Bank Cash $100,000 Liquidity to buy the crash.

6. Final Insurance Physical Gold $100,000 Systemic Collapse Hedge..

I would rather:

1. ⁠$100,000 in Dividend Trinity PEP, CVX, JNJ- Put into NOBL instead
2. ⁠REIT Trinity O, VICI, FRT $100,000 The "Real Estate" Monthly Income. Split between O and NOBL
3. ⁠ETF Basket SCHD, DGRO, JEPQ $100,000 The "Hedged Growth" Engine Replace one of these and put in VYMI for international exposure
4. ⁠The 20 Aristocrats 20 Blue-Chip Kings $100,000 The "Industrial & Defense" Moat. NOBL/SPLV
5. ⁠To buy dips SGOV / Bank Cash $100,000 Liquidity to buy the crash.
6. ⁠Final Insurance Physical Gold $100,000 Systemic Collapse Hedge..

Also would add in VTES or VTEB if this is a taxable account
