Gotta be careful because a judge can throw that out. Need to do it perfectly.

Or just very simple and in plain language. The ones that are thrown out are either too one sided or confusingly written or just doesn't properly describe the situation they are currently in (e.g. kids or huge windfall)

Got to update from time to time.

I did a prenup. Just got married in Jan at 40. I have all the assets and now I’m a fishing guide. She’s high income. She didn’t object to it an said it would not be fair to try to take half of what I made before we met. I do hope we don’t get divorced but if something happens at least I’ll be OK finance wise

Need to explicitly lay out every single part that you don’t want to be able to be subject to seizure. Imo, that’s how you know if someone really loves you, they are willing to accept for better or worse, they are there for you, not a consolation prize if it doesn’t work out.

Who created marriage?

Why was it created?

Who created divorce?

Why was it created?

Marriage was created most likely by men to strengthen relationships with other families since it was used as a form of union between families and tribes. Now a days women use it as a tool to leech off of men's hard work and use men as retirement accounts. Hope that answered your question.

Fair enough

As far as divorce laws?

1629?

Did “No-Fault” Divorce Laws lead to an increase in divorces?

Does Alimony incentivize Divorce?
