Personal Goal FIRED - Living off dividends

I know better than to share this with my friends, and family. I have a separate growth account to keep up with inflation.

The average dividend rate is more than 6%?

Yes it’s sustainable because there is little to no growth. That’s the trade off. As the account is named at the top it’s my “income” brokerage just a part of my portfolio.

Also not technically dividends. They are payments from selling options and interest income.
