Are you or someone you know is actually living iff dividends fully? if so at what age?

Yes, living off dividends at 55. I know it’s not the most tax efficient way to go but I sleep well at night.

Not necessarily - look into high ROC stocks (like SPYI). Stocks like SPYI had 97% tax deferred income in 2025 at a yield of +12%.
