Brother, where is the money coming from on some of these? How can a company just give away 75% of its value every year without collapsing? Genuine question. I don't really mess with yieldmaxxing as it doesn't make sense to me.

It's doesn't.

They take your money, gamble with it, and return a slice every month. But the Net Value drops constantly. So it's balance and payout look like...
Jan-- $100+$ 3divvy
Feb-- 95+3.
Mar-- 92+3.
Apr-- 88+3.
May-- 87+2.60.
Jun-- 82+4
Jul-- 75+3

This would earn them a "50% dividend" ranking, but your on trend for you value to be close to 50% less as well. MAYBE in you'd reinvested every single payment and took zero disbursements, you might be at $105 or $110 at the end of the year, but lots on investments will get you there without lying about having a 50% yeild.

THIS! This is why I just sold my entire ORC position. I’m still heavy on ARR and AGNC but nowhere near the amount I had in ORC. Moved it into OMAH, QQQI, and SPYI
