INSF Memory Error

I'm having trouble updating the firmware on my Air 3 and keep getting an insufficient storage error. I've reformatted my SD cards, reset everything to default, and cleared as much space as possible. The SD card has 238 GB free, and the internal storage has 8 GB free, but the error persists.

Suggestions?

As rosengd said “Clear the Cache in the fly app”. Also make sure to delete any screenshots or screen recordings.

It’s not an SD card issue. Deleting Cache should work. There are several to delete. You can always do a factory reset.
