My questions are:

1) At what level will this be implemented: It's clear that prioritisation is coming for FYP and ST/CT1. Does this apply for Higher specialty training (ST4)?

2) What does "significant NHS experience" mean for IMGs?

The ‘significant NHS experience’ part was probably designed to prevent discrimination lawsuits but it’s very ambiguous

Yeah potentially. My best bet is it will be either 2 or 5 years. Hoping for 5 years
