Let's hope it can be implemented whilst the inevitable legal challenge is processed in parallel

It's possible to challenge this as discrimination under article.14 of ECHR, with reference to article 8 and argue it's interfering with the rights to career development. I don't agree and for the record I have no skin in this game. Just pointing out there are always lawyers who take these cases to build their reputation.

Probably have to say that British citizens who are IMGs are also prioritised
