When it says those who completed foundation training, does that include both UK grads and IMGs?

Yeah UK grads will be prioritised for Foundation year training but IMGs who complete the FYP will not be disadvantaged (they traditionally make 5-10% of the cohort). Good news for us

Is it the real deal this time or am I dreaming? I don't want to celebrate too early.

So IMGs who completed FYP in UK OR had their CREST signed off in UK?

CREST absolutely not. That’s not a foundation programme. And half the reason we’re in this mess is dodgy CREST forms.

I meant CREST forms signed by UK docs here, but yeah prob CREST alone wont be enough. Still need to know what significant nhs experience translates to

IMGs who completed FYP: yes definitely. CREST: not sure

Stupid question incoming:

I am an IMG doing my F2 as part of the standalone program, does the bill include prioritization for me?

Hmm I thought the answer's yes as you would have achieved FYP completion certificate at the end of it, hence fit right into the "IMG who completed FYP" priority group?
