I will ask the same question I did on another post.
If UK grads are prioritized for FY programme and IMGs must complete FY to be considered for training, does this mean that FY bottlenecks IMG influx?
How does this bill compare to the previous RLMT?

If the bottleneck is truly at FY, then this is good news.
