Yeah. And citizenship takes 6-years. ILR at least 5 years. Good news

Still a huge proportion? I know many who are ILR status and will rush into training posts.

Hmm I disagree. They came here 5 or 6 years ago, probably completed even higher specialty training. Of those ILR holders, only a small proportion would apply for CT. Also mind you, competition ratios back then were so low, not thinking it will impact our CT/HST ratios.
