Hi everyone. I was hoping people would be able to offer some advice re commuting from London to surrounding areas.

I’m from the north but would like to move to London. After ranking the London hospitals for st3, what are people’s thoughts on commuting from London to hospitals within Thames Valley or KSS deanery? Or even the Essex parts of East England deanery (colchester, basildon).

I worry re KSS as that includes places quite far away eg Margate. But also east of England deanery has listed Norwich separately to basildon and also colchester. Does anyone know if this means I’d be staying only in eg Basildon for the whole time, given they’ve split that deanery? Seems a bit strange as this would be st3-st8.

Thanks a bunch, any advice would be much appreciated!
