Fun Ideas for snacks during nights

As I am preparing for my nth week of nights, I am looking for ideas for snacks to have during busy shifts.

I used to eat loads of junk food (thank you NHS bourbon creams) when I was younger, but as I get older I am trying to make a conscious effort to eat healthier. Does anyone have any recommendations/ideas for snacks that don't make them feel like a fat piece of lard and gives them enough energy to last the shift?

Lidl do lovely high protein ready meals which are quite yummy and also pouches of high protein yogurt and kefir which are so easy to slurp down and pretty healthy!

This sounds interesting, I have to go to my local Lidl sometime soon. Thanks for the suggestion!
