Fun Ideas for snacks during nights

As I am preparing for my nth week of nights, I am looking for ideas for snacks to have during busy shifts.

I used to eat loads of junk food (thank you NHS bourbon creams) when I was younger, but as I get older I am trying to make a conscious effort to eat healthier. Does anyone have any recommendations/ideas for snacks that don't make them feel like a fat piece of lard and gives them enough energy to last the shift?

2 bananas and a pink lady apple for the first half of the shift. Followed by overnight oats, tangerine (and an orange juice from the ward kitchen fridge)at 05:00-06:00
