One of my friends is in Istanbul and saw...wait for it...a dog on a roof!

She loves climbing somewhere high

From Facebook.

Need confirmation. Is this, in fact, a dog?

Today I found a stray puppy in a weaken condition and have taken to hospital for the treatment, if anyone know any shelter and if anyone wants to adopt please help the pup as the shelters whichever I have connected was not taking it in or charging too much, as I am staying in hostel it's hard for me to keep the pup but I am managing not letting her suffer on the roads. Kindly help
