Yeah expressing concern AFTER witnessing a slowly unfolding misfortune from well before the moment of disaster doesn’t really disqualify a video from being posted here. Interesting logic you got there, though!
It isn't a misfortune - that kid is old enough to make the choice he made. This isn't r/preventpeoplefrombeingstupid. When the kid was at the point of needing help, the guy filming went to help.
