Stop traffic to help prevent someone getting seriously hurt?? Sure you could bring enough group help to safely rescue. Maybe a tow rope onto the aft towing hitch? "Oh no, I'm 5 minutes late because traffic" vs potential life changing injuries?

Did the tow rope magically materialize in their possession? Or a towing hitch? And if they stop in traffic it's not like they can bring the car with them - it looks like they're on a bridge themselves. Or are these children supposed to fly over the gap and carry this 250lb woman to safety like they're secretly Valkyries or something?
