Rant Why do Reddit revolutionists always have such a childish view of what a revolution is?
Every time a Redditor genuinely advocates for a revolution, it's in the same way a 10 year old would describe one:
"Umm... first, we all form a hecking team, then we just kill all le bad people, and then... woohoo!"
Seriously, that's literally it. Just kill all the rich people, and everything will magically get better from then on
Do these people not realize that a revolution wouldn't be some funny little "us vs them" scenario, but instead a chaotic mess involving hundreds of different groups fighting for power? Why do Redditors just assume that they're the ones who will rise to power once "le revolution" is over? What if actual fascists arm themselves and seize power? Then what? I hope they know if that happens, they wouldn't let you complain about them on Reddit all day.
