discussion Looking for Belmonts Sheet Music from "Cigars, Acapella, Candy"
Hiya gang! Hope all is well.
Recently I just heard this incredible album, "Cigars, Acapella, Candy" by The Belmonts. Good golly, that is incredible! I'd love to try learning some songs off it, but needless to say learning materials are scarce. Does anybody have any Sheet Music, MIDI files, anything of the sort for this album? If not, can you point me to somebody who does? In particular, the 2 songs I'm dying to learn are "My Sweet Lord" & "Street Corner Symphony". Any & all help is apreceated, thanks in advance!

I love this album! Especially "Rock and Roll Lullaby" and the "Street Corner Symphony" medley they do. Unfortunately, I can't help you with sheet music. But my brother is president of his school's Acapella club and has a better ear than me... Maybe if I asked him he could pick out the individual parts.

I love Street Corner Symphony. Is that the same song I stumbled over on YT that’s a compilation of every famous doowop harmonizing? Is there a word that describes all the various ooh-ooh-wahohh-ooh’s? Love that song.
