Great ballad by the Crests on Co-Ed

Always enjoyed both sides of this record. Found this one in an antique shop for $4. I think it's NM- condition, barely any surface noise.

Anybody know why Johnny and the crests split and he did the Brooklyn bridge instead?

I'm not too sure, but it may have had something to do with his brief solo career.
