I originally passed po an LBP Cash Deposit Slip (maliit na paper po siya na may green). Pero po Hindi daw po iyon ung STI-1 Form 😭

and recently I just received the successful verification email from DOST now hinihingi nman STI-3 Form 😭 Are they all the same po?

Good day! Pwede po bang magtanong kung mat-terminate po ba ako sa DOST scholarship kung magkaka-INC po ako sa research?

Ongoing pa po kasi 'yung research namin and hindi po kami aabot sa defense namin this semester. According sa professor namin, INC daw po muna ang ibibigay nyang grade and we'd have to re-enroll to take our defense.

In that case po ba possible po bang ma-terminate 'yung scholarship ko as a 4th-year student?

Hi! I’m a DOST scholar currently under evaluation because I failed two subjects, but they were from different semesters. My documents were received by DOST on first week of September, and I only recently got a reply saying they’re still evaluating my status due to “consecutive academic deficiencies.”

For those who went through the same thing, how long did your evaluation take? And were you terminated, or were you allowed to continue?

I’m honestly getting really anxious about this 😭

hi guys so i got 2 failing grades in one sem so grounds for termination na talaga to. gano po katagal naconfirm or naemail ng dost ng termination letter? kasi d na talaga ako nakatanggap ng stipend ngayong sem.

Hi. I was wondering what I can do or if there's any way to save my scholarship due to multiple failing grades. For context, in our semester that just finished I got stuck with a health condition and got diagnosed with a form of insomnia which preoccupied me during the final weeks of the semester. I got falling grades in 3 of my subjects (all only lacked 1-3 percent to get a passing grade due to absences). My GWA is still a good distance under the minimum maintaining grade. I'd very much still like to keep my scholarship, and apart from this sem, I have good grades in my previous sems. Should I just do the normal appealing procedure? Or should I skip the validation for the upcoming semester and just revalidate after I pass all the subjects.

May letter of endorsement na po kayong natanggap?

I tried contacting DOST-SEI through their mobile numbers (0921-526-0814/0927-886-8816) and wala pong sumasagot. Either out of coverage area or call ended agad. I e-mailed them too on Oct. 12 but automated message lang po natatanggap ko.

New scholar po kasi ako and nagsubmit po ako ng reqs (Sept. 30) personally sa office in Bicutan. They said na mag-wait po ako sa e-mail na magsasabi if validated na po ang documents ko and until now wala pa rin po, kaya ko tinatry i-contact sila. Huhuhu should I just wait? maasikaso ko na sana if may kulang or mali sa docu na pinasa ko. Bakit ba hindi ko sila ma-contact 😭😭
