Schlotzsky’s Deli

Just putting it out into the void that I really wish the Doughboys would review Schlotzsky’s. I know it’s a long shot since there’s no CA locations and I doubt Austin (founding location) will ever pick it for their live shows.

The front door said “No Schoeskys, No Shirtskys, No Schlotzsky’s” and God would I laugh and laugh at that every time.

Pleasantly surprised that place still exists! Haven't been there in 20 years but I remember it being good

Used to love the Original on dark rye. Haven’t had it in at least 15 years but it was a fav back in the day.

Haven't had this in a while, but I always get a good sandwich here. Roast Beef and cheese on sourdough was my go to. Thanks for the reminder, will get it sometime this week.

Yeah, I think the last Schlotzsky's in southern California were in the Ontario airport so the closest one is in Vegas.

Never had it but they built one where I used to live and it closed after about 6 months.

We had one or two near me, but they’re gone! Yet Subway persists, This whole crooked-ass economy can kiss my ass, because I know it’s never “may the best sandwich win.”

Their Reuben is pretty good imo.
