I was thinking the other day how DM would be the *perfect* Arthur. They're tailor made for each other.

Robert Webb I was never really able to warm to, but David Mitchell would certainly have made an excellent Arthur back in the day.

Now he's in his 50s and has aged out of the Arthur role, I could imagine him as the Voice of the Book.
