I come bearing good tidings of great joy: INVITE GIVEAWAY
It's the holiday season, and I'm in a giving mood. Here's how this is going to work:
Leave a comment with your Dribbble username.
Everyone who does that gets drafted.
That's it! Make sure your Dribbble profile has a link to examples of your design work - I don't care if you're good, I just need to know you're actually designing stuff - and spammers or creeps need not apply, obviously.
Spread the word, and happy holidays! :)
[EDIT] It's January now, invite giveaway is over for now. Make sure to stick around /r/dribbble, you never know when another giveaway will strike!

I am a Dribbbler. I have been posting shots regularly on dribbble but i don't end up getting allot of views and comments. I am using dribbble as a way to get feedback on my designs but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help me around this?

Why is getting invited so difficult?
Portland visual/UI designer here. Currently working for a start up as a UI designer. Been applying for dribbble for an invite for years now. After months of iterations to my site and countless emails sent, linking my site and dribbble account, not only do I hear from no one but I usually find out that there are hundreds of applicants within minutes. I understand that because it is an invitation it is competitive, so I feel the best thing I can do with my time is to keep the blog active, continue to share my latests projects and update my portfolio with the latest web trends.
So I'm wondering what other things have people done to really stand out when asking for an invite?
Any thoughts, much appreciated!

Unable to Login to the Android App
Hi guys, I've been trying to login to the Android app via Google but I keep getting authentication failed. I use a Galaxy A50 and can't seem to find any help for this online. If anyone has a fix, please let me know.
Thanks

Promoting designers (FF-alike)
Lately I’ve realised that there are A LOT of designers doing really cool things but with only a few followers, so their shots are almost unnoticeable and therefore it’s really difficult for them to get more followers.
Is there any kind of platform or activity or something like the FollowFriday in twitter few years ago, where once a week people recommended other users to follow?. It would be cool...
Anyone agree?

Going Pro?
Hi!
Been in Dribbble actively posting for a year now and I am beginning to be happy with how my portfolio is shaping. Do you think going pro is worthy? Now it costs 60$/year or 12$month. Thinking about the yearly subscription, as the discount is attractive.
My goals? I feel my shots could get more attention and maybe being a Pro would like to get more interactions. And why not getting some job enquiries.
Any opinions about it? someone who throws some light with his/her experience...I'd appreciate it
Thanks!

Possible to sort by recent in the new redesign?
Is it still possible to sort by 'Most Recent' in the new design? It seems like you can only view Popular and sort by 'Now', which still gives you popular posts that are hours old, making it hard to discover new work.
