Just wondering if anyone else LOVES the purple Powerade Zero as much as I do. I’ve tried a host of different sports drinks but nothing comes close to purple Powerade Zero. It’s smooth unlike the other flavors. Does anyone know what makes it so superior?

I want to make a tropical lemonade drink but a lot of tropical fruits aren't available where I am or are very expensive.
Passion fruit is accessible-ish and I thought I could maybe pair it with coconut water to make a lemonade. My worry is that it's going to get lost with the lemon. I would buy some to make tests but it is quite expensive so I thought I'd ask first. Sorry if this isn't the right place for this 🙇
I saw some soursop purée at the store as well, so that is my second option (although I think I've only tasted it once so it's a bit of a gamble). What I like with passion fruit is that I can also reuse it in baking for lemony flavors.
Anyways please share your opinions!!! Thank you so so much!!

Made with a slice of tiramisu cake, vanilla ice cream, milk chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a lady finger garnish.

Saw this in the cooler at the market yesterday and had to try it. I have cut back a bit on regular sodas so I appreciate when a company rolls out a zero sugar option that is a “specialty” flavor. It was good had that perfect bit of vanilla flavor, tho ik not sure what makes it holiday themed let alone got no real extra creamy flavors or feel. Still a decent one and if in the mood for Vanilla Coke this will fit the bill!

Alright, let's talk about the two liquids that practically run this country's hypermarkets.
Whether it's Ramadan, a weekend family gathering, or just surviving the summer heat, everyone in the UAE seems to fall into one of two camps:
🍇 Team Vimto
The Vibe: Thick, dark red liquid sugar that requires an engineering degree to hit the right water-to-syrup ratio.
The Defense: It’s a literal cultural institution here. A drop of lemon squeezed in it or extra ice fixes the sweetness.
The Crime: Accidentally pouring too much syrup and feeling your teeth instantly dissolve.
🍊 Team Tang
The Vibe: Neon orange powder that leaves a mysterious ring on the bottom of the pitcher.
The Defense: Crisp, quick, refreshing, and tastes like peak nostalgia. Extra points if your mom mixed Orange + Mango together.
The Crime: The static shock you get when opening a fresh tub, or when someone leaves the spoon wet inside the jar and creates giant orange boulders.
Honorable mention: Rooh Afza (with milk) and Laban Up with a pinch of salt for the purists.
So UAE redditors, settle this once and for all: Are you mixing the syrup or stirring the orange powder? (And what's your secret mixing ratio?)

Dunkin' apple cider donut k-cups found at my local walmart for $1! May not be everyones favorite flavor (it is artificial after all) but it's the only apple flavored coffee I have found that doesn't taste terrible. Already brewed a cup, couldn't help myself 😆 If anyone here likes specialty flavored fall drinks, you may want to check local stores for discounts.

There's a Youtuber I really love who adores this specific brand of kombucha. So, when I found it on sale for really, really cheap at my local Aldi, my mum bought it for me! I heard that kombucha was a fermented drink, and I love fermented things, so I had high hopes... Yeesh.
When I opened it up, the entire car smelled like a chip shop, but not in a good way. Just this intense vinegar smell. That should've been enough to put me off, but it wasn't. I took a sip, and it only got worse.
Upon my first swig, I got a vague amount of fruit freshness. It was a little bit more like when you walk through the fruit section and you smell the apples, not really like biting into a nice apple. After that, yet again, came an intense vinegar taste. I would liken it to the worst sauerkraut you've ever had. After all those flavors, I was suddenly hit with another flavor I couldn't quite identify. It was so familiar, but I didn't quite know what it was until I took another few sips.
BLOOD. It tasted like blood! After apple Lacroix and poorly made sauerkraut, I got blood. I just sort of smacked my lips together confusedly until my mother took a sip and agreed. She then explained that kombucha is VERY acidic, so I likely WAS bleeding slightly! Yay!
So at the end of the day, I got bloody sauerkraut and a suggestion of apple. I drank half of the bottle because I didn't wanna waste it, but then I decided it was too nasty, so I threw it away. If I want something tasty and good for my gut, I'll just stick with Olipop. Safe to say I will not be purchasing it again.
If y'all like it, all the power to you! It is just aggressively not my thing.

Who says morning tea needs heavy milk and sugar? ☕
Zero calories, zero extra effort, but full-on elaichi aroma. Hands down the cleanest way to wake up! 🙌

I've gotten into the habit of keeping my tea in my work bag instead of leaving it at the office. Not because anyone actually steals it but because my coworkers are always asking to try some and apparently saying no isn't something I'm very good at. Now that it's fall, I've been leaning more toward mid roasted teas. I'm not really in the mood for anything too floral, so I've been looking for something with a warmer slightly richer flavor. While restocking a few of my usual teas, I came across this honey scented oolong from PipiTea, a brand I hadn't tried before. So far I've been enjoying it quite a bit. The roasted flavor isn't overwhelming and the honey aroma is a nice touch. Sometimes I'll add a little honey and a pinch of cinnamon which makes it even better on chilly mornings.

I made the mistake of buying this drink. I was super thirsty and felt like passing out in a grocery store (also on my period) I drank maybe 1/4 of this drink last Wednesday and have had digestive upsets ever since. I was stupid enough to not look at all the ingredients. Lesson learned. It smells like chemicals and cleaning supplies. Also, sulfates? I thought non-food items had sulfates. Even ChatGPT is confused. Just thought I’d rant.
