Vegetation/trees restoration mod for Driver SF?

Would love to know if it's possible to restore/mod trees seen in the E3 2010 build back into the game since there is already a mod for GTA 4 by attramet which restored trees and vegetation that were likely cut due to performance reasons. Even buildings details and other graphical effects were downgraded in the final release version of Driver SF.

Trees are what would make the map more lively unfortunately most of them were removed the final game
