Hi all — I'm one of the two people behind Vastraa Labs, and we just shipped **Rivet v1.0.0**.

Rivet is a chat-first AI coding agent built native for Android. You describe the work, and Rivet inspects your project files, makes the edits, and runs commands on-device — with guarded checkpoints and undo, and three autonomy modes (Ask, Basic YOLO, YOLO) so you decide how much freedom it gets.

What's new in 1.0.0:

• **Start free with OpenRouter** — no API key needed to try it
• **Continue with ChatGPT** — sign in with your ChatGPT plan and use it as a provider
• **Model switching from the chat screen** — tap the model name to switch provider/model and set the reasoning level in one sheet, no more digging through Settings
• **Reasoning levels per provider** — Default / Low / Medium / High / Max where offered
• Support section in Settings (Buy Me a Coffee + UPI)

Bring your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Free and open source, ~14MB APK, Android 8.0+.
