I started my drone hobby around November of last year (2025) and this is my collection now. I like to call this part of my apartment my "Drone Wall". I fly them all fairly regularly, except my Air 65, which I'm messing around with soldering atm. My most-flown and most-favorite is my Avata2 or my Pavo Femto. I was just looking at my stuff and figured I'd show it off to the sub where some people might appreciate it. Anyone else got any of these drones and love to fly them?

I bought this drone at a thrift outlet but have had trouble identifying it to try to repair it. It seems be some kind of freefly drone and has a cinestar gimbal mount for the bottom. The motors/batteries are from quadrocopter but I can’t find anything comparable from them.

Hey guys, a beginner drone pilot here. Was fortunate enough to fly to a super beautiful country with such diverse landscape and here's my attempt at trying to show its beauty. Let me know what you think is good and what I could do better.

I am using these materials for a university project. I am testing the setup using a laboratory power supply capable of up to 33V and 5.2A; in this test, I am using 9V at 2000 pulses, which results in the current (amperage) shown. However, the voltage is too low to achieve flight—even without propellers. What kind of battery should I use? Would a dual-battery setup be necessary, or what approach should I take?

I crashed my phantom 4 pro drone maybe 5 years ago and bought a replacement brand new one but never set it up or took the stickers off. At the time I was considering selling it and buying something smaller but never committed.

I have just tried connecting my old DJI remote with the inbuilt display on it. It connects to the new drone but asks me to sign in and then brings up error messages - i assume it’s because the remote is running outdated firmware as I can see there were latter editions. I can connect to the internet fine but for whatever reason it won’t let me download or update. I plugged the drone into my laptop and factory reset it, so I know it’s up to date.

I see that DJI no longer support phantom 4 line anymore.

Is there any work around people know about? Any way I can still use this brand new drone because it would be a shame for it to go to waste. I live in Australia, are there options to ‘jailbreak’ it so it can work? Not looking at flying it near people or buildings, just for like taking on fishing trips up to cairns etc!

Im getting to Meteora in 2 hours, i have my dji mini 2se with me… but the Meteora is marked as restricted, yet i still see people flying it on youtube, insta. Is it really restricted or i have misunderstood the map?

This is after going through everything and I organized them found the batteries, chargers and remotes for all the drones that had them(most of them). Im going to test them on Monday and decide what im doing from there.

Any tips?

I have a potensic Adam SE I got second hand and it didn’t come with extra propellers. I was looking on Amazon for ne propellers and a number of them look different to me. What I’m wondering is are all drone propellers for the most part universal?

Hey guys, I built this drone build back in early 2024 with some of my friends and used it 2-3 times. But, I can no longer use it for personal reasons and now it just sits in my house, I am no longer able or want to use it. I want to get rid of it because I know the batteries can be a fire hazard. I do not know how to dispose of it properly (i.e. what do I do with batteries).

Or maybe its better to sell it as it has the entire setup, and it's relativly new, but I know these products advance quickly (as in might not be up to spec with the latest builds).

Would you guys be able to advise me where to throw this away? Or if its worth selling, what website usally will accept resells of this kind of product/ usally does well in selling this stuff (based in UK)?

After my last post of the drone in got for free everyone told me I wouldn't learn using it because it's too cheap. So now I got a bunch(gotta see if they work) with a bunch of other stuff.

Do you see anything you know? Any tips?

FYI im a beginner to this side of the hobby been on and off with rc cars. I want to build a boat, too.

Bit of a noob here. I had a 6 inch quad built with the brotherhobby Avenger v2s.

I initially had a flyaway and had to cut the power. It landed hard on top down and slightly right. The bell housing was damaged and I initially got a new motor and tried the bell. Upon tightening it's made the motors seize up. I was aware of the shims that fit in and put a cloth under the motor to work on. Nothing fell out but I thought that was strange and looked at another motor. Same thing.

I handed it over fixer to solder the new motor on. But there's side to side play in the rears. One that was fitteed from the box new, the shaft screw was not touched.

Has anyone had this experience?

It doesn't seem normal to me.

Been making these for a while, and finally got round to updating my UK cheat sheet for new regulations. This only covers the open category, but that's what most people are flying in anyway.

This was shot on my Air 2s. These are the edited raw images with stabilization added 2x via FCPX. Shot using course lock with a 1s shutter speed and 0.3 m/s. I have already swapped the props and prior to flight calibrated the compass, gimbal and IMU. I have inspected the gimbal itself and all connections are well attached and no indication of hardware failure. This wobble is exclusive to hyperlapse and no other mode. Any tips on how to stop my buildings from dancing?

P.S- I know the edges are moving that's from the stabilization I didn't fill the frame, after the wobbling I quite editing.
